All our recruitment solutions are tailored to suit the individual client specification and the client can choose their level of involvement. For example some clients may require that we handle the complete recruitment process from advertising through to short-listing, while others may require specific solutions, advice and support. Whatever route you decide to take the final decision on whom to select is yours. For each new assignment we will provide a Service Level Agreement outlining our objectives and our agreed commitment to you.
Our staff
Healthworks staff are highly experienced and well trained healthcare recruitment consultants coming from a professional background in Nursing and Allied healthcare. Staff members are involved with a continuing professional development programme designed to develop their career within Healthworks and beyond. We understand the different needs of each healthcare sector and the demands placed upon the service provision. We believe that working in partnership with our clients will enable us to jointly achieve best practice standards in retention and recruitment. We ensure that our candidates are registered with the appropriate regulatory body i.e. NMC ,HPC , GMC and have a current portfolio of Continuing Professional Development. We are able to undertake CRB checks as requested by our clients.
International Market
Under Department of Health Code of Practice guidelines, we are able to source English speaking Healthcare professionals from key and ethical markets in Europe and the rest of the world. Working with Healthworks accredited overseas agents, we select suitable candidates for interview. Implement the recruitment process and initiate all administrative support.
Provide orientation and cultural programmes prior to candidate departure together with all travel arrangements.
